DGFEZ signed an MOU with Hwashin, the first u-turn company in the DGFEZ Gyeongbuk region on Dec. 19, 2022.
The MOU ceremony is participated by Choi Sam Ryong (DGFEZ Commissioner), Lee Dal Hee (Deputy Governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do Economy), Choi Ki Mun (Mayor of Yeongcheon City), Chung Seojin (CEO of Hwashin), and congressmen of Gyeongsangbuk-do Council,

 Hwashin is a global automotive parts company that focused on manufacturing automobile chassis and body components based in Yeongcheon, Gyeongbuk.
By 2025, Hwashin is going to invest 80 billion KRW in Yeongcheon High-tech Park District and establish a manufacturing facility for lightweight chassis components and electric car battery pack cases in 61,884㎡ land.
