A briefing session on untact investment attraction for Chinese ICT companies held

The Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority held an untact investment attraction briefing session involving three companies and institutions(5 attendees), including Chinese ICT companies, KOTRA, and Beijing Trade Center, on May 20 to introduce DGFEZ and actively promoted the Suseong Medical District.

This untact investment attraction briefing session was promoted as an untact online event due to the inability to face-to-face contact due to "COVID-19" and a large-scale quarantine in Beijing, China, and the active cooperation of KOTRA and KOTRA Beijing Trade Center made it possible.

A Chinese entrepreneur who participated in the briefing session said, "This year is the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and China, but we are very sorry that we can only contact each other non-face-to-face, and institutions and companies should interact more actively in preparation for the post-COVID-19 period."

At the event, the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority introduced DGFEZ and Suseong Medical District investment projects through video and PPT, and said, "We will continue to promote DGFEZ and Suseong Medical District investment projects not only through untact events, but by contacting with Chinese Chamber and companies, and participating domestic exhibitions."
