DGFEZ hosts IR Day in connection with 2022 SIGGRAPH ASIA

Daegu Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone (DGFEZ) hosted IR (Investor Relations) event in connection with 2022 SIGGRAPH ASIA) which was held in EXCO, Daegu in December 07.

As Asia’s largest event in the field of computer graphics (6,000 people from 50 countries in total participated), SIGGRAPH ASIA was held for 4 days from December 06 to 09.
In connection with this, IR Day event held by DGFEZ provided investment promotion session for 4 companies in English with excellent technology in the field of computer graphic, especially VR / AR industry that matched with the event characteristics such as Pacoware Inc. for British investors (2 companies) who visited in visited Daegu in person and British local investors who attended the event via online (4 companies).

Global VC who visited Daegu to attend this event is a company that is currently in talks and collaborating with DGFEZ to create an ecosystem for attracting foreign investment within Suseong Alpha City (Suseong Medical Center). Starting their local investment with this event, if investment is successful within Suseong Alpha City, the company plans to promote various businesses including promoting investment and making new paths & opportunities for the local companies, consulting, and foreign language education.
