「Nanum Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., SC INNOVATION (Singapore), Gyeongsangbuk-do, DGFEZ, Yeongcheon City」 have signed a memorandum of understanding for investment.
In order to expand its herbal medicine business, Nanum Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. attracted 1.12 million dollars from Singapore's SC INNOVATION and will invest 15 billion won in building facilities for extracting medicines, including medicinal herbs, in 11,147 square meters of Yeongcheon Industry District.

The investment by Nanum Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., a promising company, plans to gradually increase employment from 17 to 57, creating 40 new jobs, and is expected to boost its sales and local economy through business expansion, including synergy effects in the Yeongcheon oriental medicine industry policy.
In particular, DGFEZ completed attracting foreign-invested companies into Yeongcheon Industry District as Nanum Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, takes the last remaining spot for foreign investment.
