On March 27, the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority(DGFEZ) held an investment seminar at the Daegu Textile Complex in collaboration with BCK Consulting Group(BCK). The event was attended by approximately 30 people from 20 Japanese companies operating in Korea.
At the seminar, DGFEZ introduced the ecosystems and excellent investment environments of its core target industries: ICT and robotics, healthcare and biotechnology, and future mobility. BCK presented topics of key interest to Japanese companies in Korea, such as HR system strategies and ways to integrate Korean and Japanese organizational cultures.
Sang-Ki Kang, Acting Commissioner of DGFEZ, stated, “We will continue to collaborate with external organizations across various fields to consistently promote DGFEZ’s excellent infrastructure and investment strengths to global companies.” He added, “We hope this seminar will enhance the understanding and interest of local Japanese companies in DGFEZ and serve as a catalyst for additional investment in the zone.”
