From March 21st to 22nd, officials from the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) Seoul Office inspected the main industrial cluster in the Daegu area and visited DGFEZ to support the establishment of a network and attraction of investments.
The visit was part of a follow-up to last year's inspection of DGFEZ’s investment districts in Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, aimed at guiding districts linked to the main industries in Daegu and discovering investment opportunities from japan for promising companies in the region.
The main schedule involved visiting DGFEZ, Suseong Alpha City, K-MediHub in Shinseo Meditech District, and robot companies of the Korea Institute for Robot Industry Advancement.
Naoyuki Maekawa, the Director of JETRO Seoul Office, met with the Commissioner of DGFEZ to recognize the need to strengthen communication and expand support for mutual advancement between companies from the two countries, as well as cooperation between the two institutions in the future.
