"DGFEZ Advances Investment Attraction IR Activities in Conjunction with 'Singapore SWITCH 2023'"

From October 31st to November 2nd, the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority (DGFEZ), in collaboration with the Daegu Creative Economy Innovation Center (CCEI), actively participated in 'Singapore SWITCH,' a globally renowned startup exhibition where promising startups and investors from around the world gathered. DGFEZ operated a joint booth with three Daegu startups to provide global investment support. Individual company consultations and investment attraction presentations were conducted as part of the Investor Relations (IR) activities.

In particular, on November 1st, DGFEZ held an investment attraction presentation involving three local companies and attracted approximately 200 global investors and institutional representatives. Parallelly, DGFEZ conducted IR activities for potential investment companies through individual visits and networking.

During these activities, a company named Shikpharma secured a practical demonstration with a major Point of Sale (POS) company, 'Company A,' in Singapore, which operates more than 1,500 local restaurants. This development signals a positive indication for attracting foreign investments in the future.

DGFEZ plans to continue its collaboration with local relevant agencies to actively pursue investment attraction for local companies and enhance the attraction of foreign investment companies.
