Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority participated online in the “Briefing Session of Investment Environment in China” hosted at Xiamen in China by KOTRA in association with CIFIT on the 9th.
 
At the briefing session this time hosted by Guangzhou Trade Center of KOTRA, the local government, the free economic zone authority and Invest Korea introduced the 4th Industry and the investment environment in Korea.
 
The briefing session was held in association with CIFIT which is the trade investment event of the largest scale in China and more than 40 promising investment companies participated in the session including the Chinese state-owned company Xiamen Tungsten, Clenergy which is a specialty company in the field for installation of solar power generation structures and others.
 
Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority conducted the presentation on the investment environment of the 8 districts including Gyeongsan Knowledge Industry District and others, the major industries focused for attraction into the region such as the new medical materials, bio and others and the investment incentives.
 
Sam-Ryong Choi, the Commissioner of Daegu-Gyeongbuk Free Economic Zone Authority said, “By participating at the briefing session, we introduced our excellent investment environment to the China market,” and, “We will continuously manage the relationship with foreign investors by progressing the non-face-to-face activities for attraction of investment for each district.”
